    • Morning - Seattle Highlights City Tour

      • Departs hotel at 9:00am
        Approximately 3 hours

        Get an insider’s look at Seattle’s most popular attractions including Pike Place Market, the scenic waterfront, Chinatown, Mercer Island and the Space Needle.

        Stops on this 50 mile city tour include Pioneer Square, the Ballard Locks and a great city skyline photo opportunity.

        The cost is $43/adult and $29/child (5-12)

    • Evening - Seattle Mariners Baseball Game

      • Game Begins at 7:05 PM
        Approximately 3 hours
        Transportation to and from hotel will be provided

        The Seattle Mariners will be hosting the Baltimore Oriole's tonight. The cost is $10 per person.

        A bus will take everyone to the game and return them from the game, approximately 11PM


        Attendance at the baseball game is included in the STUDENT Registration Fee (courtesy of the American Carbon Society).

      • Departs from Pier 69 at 7:45 am
        Returns to Seattle at 7:15 pm


        Depart from Seattle for a scenic cruise to the San Juan Island archipelago via the Victoria Clipper. Views of the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, lush patches of evergreen forests and secluded island towns will appear as you make your way to the islands. Along the way you will travel through the waterways of Puget Sound on the east side of Whidbey Island through Saratoga passage and picturesque Deception Pass.

        Upon arriving in Friday Harbor, you will embark on a Whale and Sea life Search. The San Juan Islands are world-famous for the native and migratory pods of Orca whales that feed and play in the island waters, making regular appearances and delighting boaters all summer long! The islands are also home to a variety of other wildlife such as bald eagles, Dall's porpoises, sea otters and more. Keep your eyes peeled for the abundance of island marine life that live there.

        The tour also includes 2 hours at Friday Harbor which is San Juan's main commercial center. You can shop at the specialty stores and galleries filled with unique crafts and local art, dine at one of the town's fabulous restaurants or take a fascinating tour of the famous Whale Museum!

        The cost is $85/person - 1 Child Free with each paid adult fare

  • Snoqualmie falls and Winery Tour

    • Departs hotel at 9:00am
      approximately 6 hours


      Get out of the city and experience nature and the finer things in life. On this tour you will see and taste wines at several wineries.

      This sightseeing excursion will lead you deep into the rolling Cascade foothills past lush horse ranches and flower farms, to popular Hollywood locations for such famous productions as Twin Peaks and Northern Exposure.

      Scenic single lane rural roads lead you up to the peaceful shadow of Mount Si through the Snoqualmie River Valley to the edge of the breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls. We will cap off a perfect day with chocolate at an authentic Swiss chocolate factory.

      A gourmet box lunch is available for an additional $10 each. It includes your choice of a grilled salmon, grilled chicken or grilled vegetable sandwich, choice of caesar or mixed green salad, cookie and bottle water. Advanced orders are not required.
