FORMAT for Oral Presentations

Oral Presentations will use POWERPOINT format only.
The presentation will be 15 minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A for a total of 20 minutes.

A ready room will be available to view and modify your presentation to meet the format.

FORMAT for Poster Presentations

Posters should be no greater than 48-in. high by 96-in. wide (121.9 cm x 243.8 cm).
Pins will be available to affix your poster to the boards.
